My passion for baking began when I was 16 years old. I found out baking was a cool and beautiful way of saying science. I learned whipped egg whites can defy gravity, and my interest in baking pastries has grown since that moment.

Cake is the grand finale of any event! At Batter then Baked, we develop grand finale worthy cake, treats, and sweets that will end any event with a positive reaction. My creations are more than “Just Cake”. I pour love, care, and thoughtfulness into each dessert I make for you. Creating a phenomenal tasting cake that looks as amazing as its tastes is my goal.
